Has anyone ever asked you to send a picture of your computer screen? In Windows , there is a program called the “snipping tool” that will let you take a picture of a certain part of your screen. Then, you can send it in an email or paste it into a document.
Hit the start button on the bottom left of your computer and type the words “snipping tool.” You should see a program like the one above.
Once you are in the program, you can hit “new.” You’ll notice that the screen turns a bit gray.
You can then left-click and drag the mouse in an area where you’d like to snip a picture.
Save the picture on your desktop for later use!
