Honesty
It all began in 1995. That’s when LI Tech Advisors was founded.
Why did we start our own IT support company?
Because we knew there were people out there that wanted to take their technology seriously and leverage it as a business optimizer.
And we knew that we were the IT support team to take care of the IT environments of companies like that.
We want clients that don't want to manage their IT - They want to manage their business.
We are your insurance policy. We will keep your business running.
We are your outsourced IT.
Apart from offering proven IT services to our clients, we are also members of the following community organizations: Hauppauge Industrial Association, Babylon Village Chamber of Commerce, and Melville Chamber of Commerce.
We also provide charitable work for educational institutions, churches, and arts centers.
It’s all summed up by our motto: “Where professionalism and courtesy go hand in hand.”
Our team is immersed in a “Can Do” attitude and rooted in our core values of:
Honesty
Integrity
Partnership
Value
We are problem solvers, and we’ll absolutely get it done for you.
Our employees are encouraged and expected to continue their education in the field. LI Tech Advisors pays for these professional development upgrades for our staff to support them in their professional growth.
All of our employees are VIRTUS trained and have undergone background checks.
Our current client base includes mainly business to business. We work with Attorney Firms, Accounting Firms, Private Schools, Funeral Homes and medium-sized businesses with 10 to 500 employees. Our service agreements range in price from $899 to $50,000 per month. We work with clients that have no technical point of contact to ones that have their own internal IT department.
We do not go after end-user consumer type clients or very small businesses that do not understand the value we offer in regards to IT services and business continuity. Our minimum client agreement is $899 per month.
We are structured so that each tech knows each client very well and knows who’s the decision maker at each company or organization.
Anthony has been in the MSP business since before the acronym existed. Managed IT once started as break-fix solutions and some light phone support.
Since then, he has seen the industry flourish into a landscape of platforms, cloud servers, software tools and AI . Tailoring network configurations and software stacks to the specific needs of each business.
In his current role, he focuses on proactive planning, ensuring clients can avoid potential issues altogether. This involves meticulous planning for enhanced business continuity, allowing swift resolution of any unforeseen challenges. What initially began as addressing "fires" through break-fix solutions has evolved into a proactive approach, ensuring that such issues are prevented from arising in the first place.
